Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vestaorlando.com, our cleaning services, and our SMS messaging program (collectively, the “Service”) provided by GRS Prime Services Corp, doing business as Vesta (“Vesta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, booking a cleaning, providing your phone number, or replying to our messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vesta provides residential cleaning services in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas. Pricing, availability, and scope of work are shown on vestaorlando.com and confirmed at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted after the first visit if actual home conditions differ materially from what was provided at booking; in that case, we will contact you before applying any additional charge.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Booking. Bookings are submitted through our website at vestaorlando.com/book or by calling us at +1 (689) 400-8943. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
  • Payment. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. using the card or payment method you provide. You authorize us to charge that payment method for the cleaning you book and for any agreed-upon adjustments.
  • Recurring services. If you choose a recurring frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), each visit is individually confirmed; you may pause or cancel future visits by contacting us at any time.
  • Cancellation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 50% fee.
  • 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge.

4. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program name.Vesta Cleaning Customer Care (the “SMS Program”).

Program description. The SMS Program sends: (a) transactional messages related to your bookings — booking confirmations, arrival ETA, completion reports, scheduling reminders, and customer-service responses; and (b) promotional messages — offers, recurring-service reminders, and seasonal discounts — sent only with your express written consent.

How to opt in. You can opt in by:

  • checking the SMS consent box on the booking form at vestaorlando.com/book when you provide your mobile phone number; or
  • giving verbal consent during a phone call with our receptionist at +1 (689) 400-8943 (calls are recorded for compliance and quality); or
  • texting us first at +1 (689) 400-8943.

Consent is not required to purchase.You can book and pay for Vesta’s cleaning services without opting into the SMS Program. Opting out of the SMS Program does not affect your ability to use the Service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences. You will typically receive 1–6 messages per month for promotional purposes, plus transactional messages tied to active bookings.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Vesta does not charge for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.

How to opt out. You can opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL to any of our messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing messages. Transactional messages tied to an active booking may continue until that booking is fulfilled or cancelled.

Supported carriers.AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and other major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number only with service providers that help us deliver SMS messages (such as Twilio, Inc.) under strict confidentiality terms, solely to operate the SMS Program. 5. Your Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking. You will not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm our staff or contractors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on vestaorlando.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Vesta or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Vesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the cleaning that gave rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Vesta agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after we publish updated Terms means you accept the changes.
