Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to GRS Prime Services Corp (“we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Vesta (“Vesta”), a residential cleaning service operating in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas (the “Service”).

Visiting vestaorlando.com, booking a clean, contacting us, or receiving messages from us means you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and service address you provide when booking, contacting us, or signing up for updates.
  • Booking information — home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage), preferred date/time, service type, frequency, and special instructions.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store full card numbers, CVCs, or bank account details on our servers. We retain only the order ID, payment status, and the last four digits where Stripe provides them.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 7.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Schedule, perform, and confirm cleaning services;
  • Process payments and send receipts;
  • Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, arrival notifications, post-service reports);
  • Send marketing messages with your express consent (see Section 5);
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience;
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention);
  • Measure and improve advertising effectiveness.

4. Email communications

We send booking confirmations and receipts to the email address you provide. We may also send periodic updates and offers. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link; transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations) are required and cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active booking.

5. SMS / text message terms

Program description. Vesta sends two types of SMS messages: (a) transactional messages related to your bookings (confirmations, arrival ETA, completion reports, and customer-service responses); and (b) marketing messages with offers, reminders, and promotions, sent only with your express written consent.

Consent (opt-in). By providing your mobile phone number to Vesta — through our website, booking form, or by texting us first — you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Vesta at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences. You will typically receive 1–6 messages per month for marketing, plus transactional messages tied to active bookings.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Vesta does not charge for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.

Opt-out. You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing messages. Transactional messages tied to an active booking may continue until your booking is fulfilled or cancelled.

Carriers.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers.

No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is shared only with service providers that help us deliver SMS messages (e.g., Twilio) under strict confidentiality terms, solely to operate the SMS program described in our SMS Program page.

6. How we share your information

We share your personal information only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers who help us operate Vesta — payment processing (Stripe), SMS delivery (Twilio or equivalent), email delivery, hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and customer-relationship management (our internal CRM).
  • Advertising and analytics partners — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising effectiveness and reach similar audiences. We may share hashed (irreversibly encrypted) versions of your email, phone number, name, and city/zip for matching purposes. We do not share clear-text personal data with these partners.
  • Field technicians who perform the cleaning — they receive your service address, access instructions, and your first name only.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of the word, and we have not done so in the prior 12 months.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, language preference, attribution (utm parameters, fbclid, gclid), advertising effectiveness measurement (Meta Pixel), and product analytics.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some features of the Service may not function correctly without them.

The Meta Pixel installed on this site collects hashed identifiers and behavioral data that allows us to measure ad effectiveness and build similar audiences. See Meta’s data policy at facebook.com/about/privacy.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to satisfy our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Booking records and invoices are typically retained for seven (7) years.

9. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@vestaorlando.com from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.

California residents. You have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or prominent notice on the website.
